Welcome to Tracktion (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all visitors and users of tracktion.club, including anyone purchasing tickets or attending Tracktion events.
By purchasing a ticket, accessing our site, or attending an event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use the site or attend our events.
Tickets for Tracktion events are available exclusively through our official website (tracktion.club) or authorised partners. All tickets are subject to availability and event-specific rules. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Transaction or service fees may apply at checkout. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets per person or per transaction to ensure fair access.
Each ticket grants entry to one individual. You may be required to show a valid student card or government-issued photo ID on entry. Entry may be refused if the ticket, ID, or payment details cannot be verified. Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person whose behaviour, attire, or condition is deemed unsafe or disruptive—without refund.
Tracktion events are designed to be fun, inclusive and safe. Aggressive, unlawful, or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Event security and management may remove anyone for behaviour that risks the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others.
You attend at your own risk—please respect the venue, staff, and other attendees.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without our written permission. Unauthorised resale or duplication may invalidate your ticket and result in denied entry. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person with prior approval from Tracktion, subject to verification and event capacity
Event details—including venue, date, time, or line-up—may change. If a major change or cancellation occurs, you will be notified via the email address provided at purchase. Refunds or transfers will be handled in line with our Refund Policy. Tracktion is not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees (such as travel or accommodation) due to event changes or cancellation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tracktion and its partners are not liable for:
You acknowledge that attending live events involves inherent risks and that you participate voluntarily and at your own discretion
All content on tracktion.club, including our name, logo, event branding, visuals, and written material, are owned by Tracktion or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for any commercial or promotional purpose without written consent.
When you buy a ticket or engage with our site, we collect and process your personal information to fulfil your order and keep you informed. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at tracktion.club/privacy-policy.
You agree not to misuse the Tracktion website, including attempting to access data or systems without authorisation, posting harmful or misleading content, or interfering with normal site operation. We may restrict or terminate access for users who breach these Terms
